• REQUIRED LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE To become a Arecibo Car Service affiliated driver you must have a TLC license.
• Have held it for at least 6 months, and have at least 3 months experience driving in the New York City area. 
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
